1. Overview This website is operated by YoYo's Space And Style. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
2. Online Store Terms By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
3. Products & Print-on-Demand All products sold through YoYo's Space And Style are produced on a print-on-demand basis. This means items are created specifically for each order. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before purchasing.
4. Intellectual Property All photography, artwork, and designs featured on this site are the exclusive property of YoYo's Space And Style and are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any imagery is strictly prohibited.
5. Pricing & Payment Prices are listed in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) unless otherwise stated. For international orders, prices may be displayed in your local currency. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
6. Shipping & Delivery We ship domestically within Jamaica and internationally worldwide. All orders are fulfilled on a print-on-demand basis, meaning production begins after payment is confirmed. Domestic orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. International orders may take 14–30 business days depending on the destination country. These are estimates only — we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.
7. Returns & Refunds Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photo evidence and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
8. Accuracy of Information We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time. We are not responsible for information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.
9. Third-Party Links Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any linked sites and encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies.
10. Limitation of Liability YoYo's Space And Style shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.
11. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.
